» Job description: |
|
• participate in projects and implement Oracle CRM and SIEBEL modules; |
|
• provide consultancy services for the clients and is involved in all phases of analysis through interviews and in all phases of preparation of the specification, general concepts and detailed, submission technical specifications |
|
• implementation, testing implemented modules and bug fixing occurred during the implementation, training, support; |
|
• provide support for the Sales Department for development of presentation’s demos of customer solutions and develop technical proposals; |
|
• technical and functional presentations to prospects (POC – Proof Of Concept); |
|
• regular reports to the team’s coordinator/ project status and assigned tasks of problems arising in the process. |
|
|
|
» Requirements: |
|
• University degree, economic or computerized faculty graduate ; |
|
• previous experience in consultancy or analysis Oracle CRM project, minimum 2 years; |
|
• knowledge of Oracle AIM implementation methodology or Oracle OUM or eRoadMap; |
|
• Experience working on projects; |
|
• English advanced; |
|
• Available to travel domestically and abroad for long periods; |
|
• Experience with Oracle CRM or SIEBEL modules is an advantage; |
|
• Experience in implementing other Customer Relationship Management system is an advantage; |
|
• "Siebel Certified Consultant” Certification or undergoing a course of Siebel 7.7 or Siebel 8.0 is an advantage. |
